Tracy's Window

My client, Tracy, wanted a painting to brighten up her office....one with a window view. So, I inquired about a special place she might like to visit every day through her painted window and if she might have a photo of it. She narrowed it down to three very special photos and decided pretty quickly which one she'd like the most. I spent the next couple of weeks painstakingly recreating the photo on a 16 x 20 canvas in acrylic paint. This was my first experience painting from a photograph, and I thoroughly enjoyed every second!
